Joris has 15+ years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in the wealth management, securities and credits space. He has taken up a wide variety of roles in the software life-cycle delivery from analyst, designer and developer to project and test manager up to software architect. Joris is currently working as a Product Manager for Monizze (a Belgian social voucher issuing company part of the international Groupe Up), as a co-founder of the Belgian Fintech Capilever and as a Fintech blogger at https://bankloch.blogspot.com/
Prior to this, Joris worked for 2 major consulting firms (Accenture and CSC), as an internal banking employee (Deutsche Bank) and for a start-up (The Glue), allowing him to see different sides of delivering and operating a software solution. Joris holds a MSc in Electronics and Information processing from the Free University Brussels.
